Privacy Policy

Humasis Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') values the personal information of customers, and complies with the law on "promotion of information and communication network use and information protection". Retention and use period of personal information

However, the following information is retained for the period specified for the following reasons.

Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

After achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information, the Company shall, in principle, destroy the information without delay.
The destruction procedure and method are as follows:

After the purpose is achieved, the information entered by the member for membership is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document box), is stored for a certain period of time (refer to the retention and use period) according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations, and then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than being retained unless required by law.

Method of destruction

  • Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that prevents the reproduction of records.
  • Personal information printed on paper is destroyed through shredding or incineration.

In principle, the Company does not provide the user's personal information to the outside. However, the following cases are exceptions:
