스텝1. 검사 준비
테스트 버튼을 선택하여 검사를
시작합니다

환자정보를 입력하거나
환자정보가 없을 경우 Ok 버튼을
선택해 계속 진행합니다

기기의 커버를 눌러 열어줍니다

파우치를 찢어 카트리지를 꺼냅니다

이때 시약팩이 손상될 수 있으니 가위 등
날카로운 물체를 활용하여
파우치를 열지 말아야 하며 개봉 후
즉시 사용해야 합니다 

카트리지 라벨 및 측정 창 부분이 손상되지 않도록
주의하며 개봉합니다

카트리지의 라벨이 오른쪽으로 향하게
하여 기기의 삽입합니다

스텝 2
검체 준비

[음악]
검체 채취 전 시약팩을 3,4회
흔들어 시약을 섞습니다
손가락 끝 혈액을 채혈합니다 

이때 검체주입구 부분을 가볍게 접촉시키면
혈액이 자동으로 주입됩니다

검체가 완전히 채워져 있는지
확인합니다 

이때 검사 주입구 주변을 만지지 않도록
유의하며

검체 채취 즉시
검사를 진행하도록 합니다

스텝 3
검사진행

검체를 채취한 시약팩을 미리 삽입해둔
카트리지에 부드럽게 넣습니다
과도한 힘을 가하거나
급격히 삽입할 경우
에러가 발생할 수 있습니다

기계의 뚜껑을 닫으면 자동으로 검사가
진행되며 검사하는 동안 커버를 열거나
기기를 움직이지 않도록 합니다

스텝 4
결과 확인

검사 시간은 4분이며
검사 완료 후 결과는
기기 화면에 표시됩니다

검사가 완료되면
커버를 열고 사용한 카트리지를
제거합니다

사용한 카트리지 및 혈액이 묻은 물건
사용 후 남은 혈액 등은

감염성 폐기물로 취급하여
적절한 방식으로 폐기하도록 합니다

Step 1 preparation for testing
choose the test button to begin
input patient information if not proceed by pressing the OK button 
gently press to open the cover 
open the pouch to release the test cartridge from its pouch 
do not use a knife or any sharp tool to open the pouch as it may damage the reagent pack
use immediately after opening 
open with caution to avoid any damage on the test cartridge label or reader 
then insert the test cartridge with its label placed on the right hand side onto the device

Step 2 specimen collection
prior to collecting the sample shake the reagent pack three to four times until the reagent is Thoroughly mixed 
then lightly place the tip of sample collecting Rod of the reagent pack on the fingertip to automatically draw the blood specimen 
double check if the specimen has been fully collected
be careful not to touch near the tip and proceed Onto The Next Step immediately 

[Music] step 3 testing 
gently insert the reagent pack into the test cartridge in the test chamber excessive pressure or Sudden Impact while inserting the reagent pack may result in an error 
the test will automatically begin once the cover is closed please be sure not to open the cover or move the device during the test 

step 4 checking the result 
after four minutes the test results will automatically appear on screen 
once the test is complete release the cover and remove the test cartridge 
[Music] make sure to follow the Act on disposition of infectious medical waste to appropriately dispose the used cartridge and remaining specimen

첫 번째
검체 준비

정맥천자로 채혈한 혈액을
항응고제

EDTA 튜브에 수집합니다
전혈검체의 경우

채혈 후 즉시 사용하길 권장드리며 최소
채혈 1시간 이내에 혈액을 사용하도록

합니다
혈장검체의 경우

EDTA 튜브를 3000rpm에서
10분간 원심분리한 상층액을

사용합니다 상층액은
검사 전까지 영하 20도의 온도에서

보관이 가능하지만
채혈 후 즉시 사용할 것을 권장드립니다

두번째

검사 방법
밀봉된 포장을 개봉하여

검사용 디바이스를 꺼냅니다
메인 메뉴에서

런 테스트를 선택합니다
엔터 버튼을 누릅니다

트레이가 열리면 키트를 투입합니다
마이크로피펫을 사용하여

키트의 준비된
검체 200 마이크로리터를 분주합니다

테스트 버튼을 누릅니다 15분간
검사가 진행되고

검사가 완료되면
결과지가 출력됩니다

키트를 제거하여 마무리합니다

본 키트는 표기된 유통기한이 지나면

사용이 불가하며 사전에 고지된 검사
과정을 철저하게 따라야 합니다

검사 과정을 비롯한 여러가지 요인으로
인해 위양성 위음성 결과에

가능성이 있습니다
