Terms of Use

Chapter 1 : General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
This purpose of these terms and condition is to define the conditions and procedures for the use of various services of the website (http://www.humasis.com) operated by Humasis Co., Ltd. and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Public Announcement, Effect and Change of the Terms and Conditions)
①These terms and conditions are posted and announced on the member sign-up screen, and the Company may change the terms and conditions if there are significant reasons for business changes or circumstances. The changed terms and conditions are announced through notice.
②These terms and conditions and the terms and conditions changed later according to the Company's circumstances will take effect by notifying the users.
Article 3 (Regulations other than the agreement)
If the matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in other related laws and regulations such as Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act, Information and Communication Promotion Act, ‘Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce, etc.’, ‘Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act’, ‘Framework Act on Electronic Commerce’, ‘E-Sign Act’, ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization’, ‘Consumer Protection Law’, the regulations shall be followed.

Chapter 2 Use Agreement

Article 4 (Application for Use)
①Users who have not entered their real name or actual information may not receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service
Article 5 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
①The Company allows the applicant for use pursuant to Article 4 to use the services with the exception of paragraph 1.
②In the case of the following, the Company may withhold approval until the reason for the restriction is resolved.
  • A. When there is no room for service-related equipment
  • B. Technical difficulties
  • C. When deemed necessary due to Company’s circumstances
③In the case of the following, the Company may not give consent
  • A. When applying using another person's name
  • B. When applying with false user information
  • C. When applying for the purpose of hindering the well-being or morals of the society
  • D. If other application requirements set by the Company are insufficient

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 6 (Company’s Obligations)
①The Company is obliged to operate the site stably and continuously.
②The Company shall immediately take care of any opinions or complaints from users that are deemed justified. However, if it is difficult to take care of them immediately, the user should be notified of the reason and the processing schedule via a notice or e-mail.
③In the case of Paragraph 1, requests from related organizations and the Korea Internet Safety Commission for the purpose of investigation, presentation of warrants, and cases pursuant to other related laws are exceptions.
Article 7 (Users’ Obligations)
①Users shall be familiar and comply with these terms and conditions, the Company's notices and site usage guidelines, and shall not engage in any acts that interfere with the Company's business.
②Users may not engage in any commercial activities using this site without prior approval of the Company.
③Users may not use the information obtained through this site by copying, reproducing, altering, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent of the Company or provide it to others.

Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services

Article 8 (Use of Services)
①Users shall use the site in compliance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
②Matters regarding the use of services not specified in these terms and conditions shall be determined by the Company or posted in the 'Notice' or are subject to separately announced contents.
Article 9 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide a variety of information deemed necessary while the user is using the service to members through e-mail or letter mail.
Article 10 (Posting of Advertisement)
①The Company may post advertisements on the service screen, homepage, e-mail, etc. in connection with the operation of the services.
②The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from members’ participation in the promotional activities of advertisers posted on the site or the result of communication or transaction.
Article 11 (Limitation of Service Use)
If the use of this site and act falls under each of the following, the Company may limit the use of the user.
  • ①In case of harming public order, morals and other social order
  • ②If objectively recognized that it is for the purpose of crime or related to other crimes
  • ③In case of damaging others’ reputation or significantly impeding others’ use of the services of
  • ④If continuously transmitting content or advertising information contrary to others’ wishes
  • ⑤If hacking and dissemination of computer viruses, etc., hinder the healthy operation of the service
  • ⑥If it is determined that intellectual property rights of other users or third parties are infringed or intellectual property owners may claim infringement of intellectual property rights
  • ⑦If someone else's ID and password are stolen
  • ⑧In case of violation of other related laws and regulations, and if the Company determines that it is inappropriate as a user
Article 12 (Suspension of Services)
In the case of any of the following, the Company may stop providing all or part of the services.
  • ①When the key telecommunications service provider or Internet network service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act stops the service.
  • ②When it is impossible to provide services due to power outage
  • ③When inevitable due to facility transfer, repair or construction
  • ④When it is difficult to provide normal services due to service facility failure or congestion of service use, etc.
  • ⑤When war, affairs, natural disasters, or equivalent national emergencies occur or there is a possibility of occurrence
Article 13 (Post Management)
In order to establish a sound communication culture and operate the site efficiently, the Company may arbitrarily delete and move data or reject registration if it is determined that the data posted or provided by the user falls under Article 11.
Article 14 (Responsibility for Use of Services)
Users are not allowed to engage in sales activities that sell illegal products using the service unless specifically permitted in an explicit document signed by an authorized employee of the Company, especially hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial acts through obscene sites, illegal provision of commercial S/W. The Company shall not be liable for legal actions such as the consequences and losses of business activities incurred in violation of this, and arrest by related organizations.

Chapter 5 Miscellaneous

Article 15 (Exemption and Compensation for Damages)
①If the service may not be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Company's responsibility to provide the service is waived.
②The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the interaction between users or between users and third parties.
③The Company does not take any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, etc. of the information, data, contents, etc. posted by the user on the bulletin board, and the user shall use this site under his/her own responsibility.
④The user is responsible for any damages incurred in relation to the data posted or transmitted by the user, or any disadvantages related to the selection of data or the use of other free services.
⑤If a user incurs damages to the Company by violating the provisions of these terms and conditions, the user who violated these terms and conditions shall compensate the Company for all damages and indemnify the Company from the damages.
Article 16 (Consent to Provision and Utilization of Personal Credit Information)
The personal credit information acquired by the Company in connection with membership requires the user's consent when provided to others and used in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information. The user's consent is considered to be an agreement that the Company provides credit information of a user who has joined as a member to a credit information agency, a credit information provider, and other users to use it as data to judge the user's credit or to be used as policy data in public institutions.
Article 17 (Dispute Resolution)
①The Company and users shall make every effort necessary to smoothly resolve disputes arising from the use of this site.
②Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, any lawsuit arising from this dispute shall be deemed to be under the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
Supplementary provisions
These terms and conditions shall apply from 2020
